No title

Hello <3 

OK, today definitely did not go as planned... I didn't go to the soccer game because FIU called my mom and told her that the Bulgarian player that we were going to see play wasn't coming, so mom didn't want to go see the game anymore. Then, Manchester lost to Everton on penalty kicks!? I mean, WHAT? Manchester are amazing, and they're not supposed to lose to teams like Everton, they lose to teams like Liverpool, good teams! 

So, because my mom didn't want to go to the soccer game I had to go to the Bulgarian Easter party. It wasn't really fun, and I didn't expect it to be. I really don't have a lot of friends in the Bulgarian community, because all the Bulgarians are kind of weird... I used to have two friends, but now it's only one because I found out the other one smokes, and well I really don't like people that smoke because my grandfather died from lung cancer. But the only girl at the party that I knew was the girl that smokes so I had to hang out with her, and she offered me to smoke like five times, and I kept telling her no. And she talked a lot about Bulgaria, I mean she goes there every summer and the moment she comes back she can't wait to go back. I don't really understand her, because I really don't want to go back. But she really did not adapt well to America, and I did, sometimes I think I adapted too well. 

Oh, and after the party my mom took me shopping, which was awesome cause I really needed some new clothing and I got a couple of nice things to wear, so that made my day better. And at the store I saw the shirt that says peas on earth and omgmhazzrocks wore to one of her videos, and I really wanted to buy it but they only had in size XL.

 Then when I got home I had to look for a stupid translation of Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka, and I couldn't find the right one online so I just read a random one, and I'm sure that my English teacher will be pissed but who cares.Then I found out I had missed my BEDA buddies chat :( so that made me sad, but I won't miss the next one, I promise.

• What are some of your current obsessions?

Definitely soccer, although I think that started last summer. Also, Dave from Blue Skies (not the actual person, but his music). His music is amazing i listen to it all the time :]. England, which is the most amazing place on earth. And the obsession that never ends: HARRY POTTER.

•  What's your favorite book and why?

All the Harry Potter books top my list. I mean they are just amazing: amazing plot, amazing character, amazing world. Looking for Alaska is also one of my favorite books, just because it is so moving, and simply brilliant. And then there are the classics like: Pride and Prejudice (i have a secret crush on Mr. Darcy) Wuthering Heights (brilliantly written) Catcher in the Rye (i actually don't know why I like this one so much...) Ok, I should stop now, because I can go on forever 

• What's your favorite childhood memory?

Well this wasn't that long ago... With my cousin at my grandma's house when we used to sit on top of the garage and eat "dinner". Dinner consisted of a glass bottle of coke, a waffle, and a packet of sunflower seeds. This all would cost $1.80. Then my grandma would yell at us to come down because the garage was old and would supposedly fall apart. 

•  What's your favorite quote and why? 

"It takes a great deal of courage to stand up to your enemies, but even more to stand up to your friends"- because this quote is so amazingly brilliant and true at the same time. 

"Private Property Created Crime"- I don't know, why but it just is one of my favorite quotes. 

• What's something you've always wanted to do, but have been too afraid to do?

Bungee jumping :P
