This is not a title.

Hello peoples of the planet Earth! Today's blog comes to you with limited commercial interruptions, and it is in the form of a list, because lists are awesome.

1. Excuses
Well, I happened to miss another one of our BEDA chats :( I have an excuse, which is the fact that I only check my blog ones a day, so I didn't see the comment I got on page until today, oh and also I had to study for my AP World History test (what a surprise), which I have basically been doing for the past couple of weeks, and I'm basically freaking out *jumps off an imaginary cliff*

2. Review things
So, I was planning on writing a review of the Chelsea v. Barcelona game that was played today for the UEFA Champions League semifinals, but as you can see I am not doing that. I hoped that Chelsea and Barca would put on a good game, or at least something worth reviewing, but the entire game was basically Barcelona attacking and Chelsea defending. It ended with a stupid 0-0 draw *yawns and throws soccer ball at TV*

3. Winning things
I don't know if you remember but last week or something I posted a blog where I discussed me presenting a power point about social networking. That power point was entered into a Youth Fair competition in Miami Dade, and apparently I got second place. The prize that you get is money, and I got.... wait for it... *drum roll* four dollars. Yep, I spent hours working on that power point and I got second place and four dollars. Oh, yeah and first place winner got five dollars. I know we are in an economic recession, but come on!

4. Getting nominated for things
My Spanish teacher nominated me for the Spanish award at high school, which I think is pretty cool, and kind of weird. I kind of don't like Spanish at all, and I really don't want to learn it, and I'm really bad at actually speaking it. But the teacher likes me because I suck up to her and I do anything she asks me to do. Then my friend told me that my English teacher is considering me for the English award. That is AMAZING! My teacher is amazing, but her class is really hard, and even though I have a 96 in it (which I think is the highest grade in my class) I'm not really good at English. I mean I am a decent writer, and I really try my hardest, but I obviously don't have a very good vocabulary and  my grammar is far from perfect considering that English is not my first language and I only moved to America four years ago. I mean I was really happy just knowing that she considered me for the award.

5. Done?
I think that this is it for today. I'm going to post my review of the Manchester v. Arsenal game tomorrow if it's worth to write about. I'm going to go study for AP World now.

P.S. you get 10 imaginary points if you can guess which surrealist artist inspired the title of this blog. Hint: his name is Рене Магрит
Goodbye
xx
